How Do We Ensure Safety?
š¾ Tails Nā Trails is insured and bonded, all of our walkers are Pet CPR and First-Aid certified, actively pursuing certifications to become dog trainers, and have experience handling dogs with all different breeds, sizes, ages, personalities, and energy levels.
š¾ Prior to joining our services, we require an in-person meet and greet so we are able to assess a dogās behavior, and determine whether or not they are fit for our services.
š¾ We maintain small groups with complimenting personalities in order to ensure happiness, safety, and comfortability of everyone involved.
š¾ Our walkers utilize barriers and doggie seatbelts in their vehicles for safe transportation. Our walkers carry collapsible water bowls and water bottles, Pet Corrector citronella spray, and training treats.
š¾ Prior to joining our hiking packs, we implement an assessment of each dogās recall to ensure that they have proper training. If a dogās recall is untrustworthy, we utilize a long lead and/or the tone and vibrate features on an e-collar. We require all dogs in our hiking packs to wear a neon reflective vest.
